Afang soup
The soup everybody in in house finish and ask for more.
Steps

Rinse the Water leaf with enough water and salt then slice.

Slice the ukazi leaves and pound lightly.
- 3
Boil the meat and dry fish till is soft.bleach the red oil and fry the Water leaf till no water is in it.

Add the crayfish,Fresh pepper,Salt,Seasoning,Maggi cubes and salt keep frying till it taste nice then add the ukazi.

Stir and simmer for few mins
