I love to experiment with foods and test them out on my family, with hopes of having my own restaurant! This one was hit! It's always good to change up dinner and not serve the same old boring meals. Enjoy!

I love to experiment with foods and test them out on my family, with hopes of having my own restaurant! This one was hit! It's always good to change up dinner and not serve the same old boring meals. Enjoy!

Coat half size foil pan (deep dish prefferred) with Pam Spray, pour a little sauce on the bottom of the pan to cover thinly

. Lay lasagna on the botton. Layer with chicken then spinach and spread. Cover with pesto sauce then layer with chicken, spinach,

Spread 3x3x3 rows of mozzarella balls and sauce (either one). (Make additional layers if desired depending upon the depth of the pan).

Place a new layer of lasagna for the top, then pour remaining sauce.

Ensure each lasagna piece is covered, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella all over the top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over.

Heat oven at 375°. Cover with Pam sprayed foil to prevent sticking. Try not to let the foil touch the top of the lasagna. Bake 30 mins covered and then increase oven to 395° and uncover to top browned desire.
