400h silken tofu drained and cut into cubes
2 tbspsesame seeds
1 tbspcaster sugar
1 tbspmirin
1 tbspsoy sauce
4spring onion,finely chopped

Place the tofu in a serving bowl,pound the sesame seeds to paste in mortar and pestle.

Add sugar,mirin,soy sauce stir to combine

Drizzle the dressing over the tofu and top with spring onion
