Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gflour
  2. 10 golive oil
  3. 5 gsalt
  4. 50 gwater
  5. 2 gyeast
  6. 20 gbasil paste
  7. 100 gmozzarella
  8. oregano, fried garlic, chili mix

Steps

    Mix flour, olive oil, salt, water, and yeast all together to make a dough.

    Stay the dough for at least 30 minutes at a cool place.

  3. 3

    Flatten the dough and put basil paste.

  4. 4

    Put mozzarella and spice flakes as you wish.

    Bake in the oven at 300℃ for 13 minutes.
