1brinjal very thinly sliced
1/2 cupbesan
1/4 tspred chilli Powder
1/4 tspnigella seeds
1 tsprice flour
1/4 tspbhaja masala (roasted cumin, coriander,red chilli)
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Prepare a batter with all the ingredients except oil

Now heat a deep pan add oil
3

Dip the brinjal slices into the batter
4

Coat it properly and deep fry
5

Serve it hot with tea.
