Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1brinjal very thinly sliced
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/4 tspred chilli Powder
  4. 1/4 tspnigella seeds
  5. 1 tsprice flour
  6. 1/4 tspbhaja masala (roasted cumin, coriander,red chilli)
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare a batter with all the ingredients except oil

  2. 2

    Now heat a deep pan add oil

  3. 3

    Dip the brinjal slices into the batter

  4. 4

    Coat it properly and deep fry

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with tea.
