Ingredients

  1. 4arbi(boiled and peeled)
  2. 1 tbspbesan
  3. 1spoon salt
  4. 1spoon roasted carrom seeds powder
  5. 1spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1spoon coriander powder
  7. 1/2spoon aamchur powder
  8. 1spoon garam masala
  9. to tastelemon juice and chaat masala(for sprinkling)
  10. as neededonion rings, chopped coriander
  11. as neededoil(for shallow frying)

  1. 1

    For coating-Add besan, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, carrom seeds powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and 1 spoon oil and mix

  2. 2

    Press the arbi with light hand to flatten them a bit and coat them with besan masala from allover.

  3. 3

    Heatup a pan and shallow fry the arbi on low heat by turning both sides

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves, chaat masala and lemon juice and serve hot with onion rings.
