Mix all ingredients with sprinkles of water do not add too much. Make sure all the batter comes together. Keep it in the fridge after batter is done for half hour. This will make pakoda less oily. Fry them till golden brown when chill.

Place pakoda first layer then layer it with all veggies sweet chutney and green chutney as per taste.Garnish with pomegranate.

Green chutney. Handful of coriander one green chilli half onion and one small lemon size tamarind salt to taste. Grind all to smooth paste and transfer to a bowl and keep aside.

Sweet chutney. One big size tamarind ball soak and squeeze out the juice from it three times add half cup of dates purée 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder pinch of salt and half inch jaggery one teaspoon jeera and one teaspoon saunf.. boil all together to get a thick consistency.
