Sindhi besan tikki curry

In a mixing bowl take besan and mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for tikkis'.

Add little water (2-3 tablespoon or as required) and prepare hard dough form.

Make balls from it and flatten them and make tikki shape.

Deep fry tikkis in hot oil till golden brown and keep aside.

Grind onions and tomatoes seperately and make paste.

Now in a pan heat oil.

Add onion paste and saute it. Add garlic paste and chopped green chillies and saute till oil seperates.

Add Tomato puree and saute till oil seperates.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.

Add fried tikkis.

Add approximate 1 cup water, cover with lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes at low flame or cook till get desired consistency.

Besan tikki curry is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy with roti or Paratha.
