Caramel Popcorn

If popping the seeds in a popcorn machine all the better,if not old school put 2 tsp of butter in a pot with the oil. Once heated add the pop corn seeds as much as your choice and wait till popped shaking and watching the pot so nothing gets burnt.

In a nonstick saucpan, melt your butter with the sugar.

Once melted add in your golden syrup and stir will.

Leave for 2mins stiring continuously.

Then with keeping face clear away from stove be very careful for the steam that follows as you add in your milk.

Stir and watch as the caramel starts to form.

Add in pinch of salt.

Place popped cornels into a dish and pour over hot caramel once done.

Stir around the popcorn till well coated with the sticky caramel sauce. Be certain to keep hands clear from getting burnt.

Once all is well coated place on a sheet pan and allow to set overnight or place in the freezer for half n hour. Break apart thereafter and enjoy
