Ingredients

6 hours

4 servings

500 gramchicken pieces (or skinless, boneless breast)
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
3grated garlic
1/2 cuppeeled and roasted chestnuts (I used the ones sold in a package)
1potato, peeled and diced
2 tbspchopped scallion
Oil for coating the slow cooker
1/2 cupchicken broth

Pour oil and spread inside the slow cooker.

Mix chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic. Put inside the slow cooker.

Add potato, scallion, chestnuts. Then add the broth.

Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.

Use two forks to shred the chicken before serving.
