Heat two spoon oil, add pinch of hing, turmeric and mix with chopped methi, coriander, ginger garlic chilli paste, besan and the masala powder

Now add sufficient water to make it into Bajji consistancy. If you want it more spicy you can add chilli powder

Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame

Remove when golden

Serve hot with coriander chutney. For coriander chutney grind coriander leaves, green chillies ginger, jeera salt into fine paste, add half cup curd and mix
