Heat one spoon oil in a pan and add mustard & fennel.

Now add chopped onion, green chilil, cashew & grated ginjer &cook for 1 minute.

Now mix all dry spices and cook for 1 minute.

Now add boiled mash banana & mix properly. Add pomegranate,coriander,meant levels & cook for another 1 minute.

Now let the mixture cool down and make her small balls.

Now heat oil in a kadahi.

Mix besan, ajwain,salt &baking soda & make a thin paste.

Now take a ball.deep in besan better & dip fry till golden brown. Our kofta is ready.

Ready all balls asusal.

Serve with sos & green chutney.
