Steps

Prepare the pastryby mixing flour, butter and 1 tbsp sugar.
Add 1 egg and mix to form a dough.
Refrigerate dough for 15 mins. - 2
Prepare the cream by mixing 4 egg yolks with 100g sugar.
Heat the milk.
Add the cornflour to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour the milk and mix well.
Return mixture to pan and cook until thickens.
Leave to cool. - 3
Roll out the dough and place in a tart tin .
Bake for 30mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. - 4
When the dough has cooled down, add the cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate, coconut powder and almonds

Chill until serving
