Steps

Firstly cut the garlic leaves and grind it with green chillis

In a bowl take besan, salt garlic paste, Carom seeds asafoitida oil and mix well

Now add Papad khar and 1/2 spoon sodium bicarbonate

Mix well and make a smooth dough

In a pan heat oil and make ganthiyab by making machine in derect oil, keep Flame sim
- 6
Fry it till it became golden green now remove it on a paper for soaking extra oil
- 7
Now ready to serve with evening tea time..u can store these ganthiya for 15 days
