Ingredients

  1. 200 gm Besan or Gram flour
  2. 1 bunchgreen garlic leaves
  3. 1/4 spoonasafoitida
  4. 1 spoonCarom seeds
  5. 3-4green chillis
  6. 1/2 spoonsodium bicarbonate
  7. 3-4 Spoonhot oil
  8. 1/2 spoonPapad khar
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. as neededExtra oil for fry

  1. 1

    Firstly cut the garlic leaves and grind it with green chillis

    In a bowl take besan, salt garlic paste, Carom seeds asafoitida oil and mix well

    Now add Papad khar and 1/2 spoon sodium bicarbonate

    Mix well and make a smooth dough

    In a pan heat oil and make ganthiyab by making machine in derect oil, keep Flame sim

    Fry it till it became golden green now remove it on a paper for soaking extra oil

    Now ready to serve with evening tea time..u can store these ganthiya for 15 days
