Mix all the ingredients mentioned above properly. Add little water to make dough.

Now take small quantity of dough and make round shape like balls.

Roll it like a chapati. Spread ghee all over it.

Fold it to make square shape.

Now heat a griddle. Spread ghee. Put paratha on tava. Fry till golden from both sides.

Enjoy with butter or curd.
