First, soak the rice for about 3-4 hours.

Boil milk and when it starts raising add rice. and let it bowl until it's quantity is half.

Then add sugar, elaichi powder, condensed milk and stir it.

When it becomes thick, turn off the flame.

Garnish it with dry fruits.
