Chilled Melon and Avocado Soup

First, cut the melon into cubes and place them in a blender.

Do the same with the avocado.

Add a splash of olive oil and the cold water.

Blend until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender if you prefer.

For garnish, thread a melon cube and a rolled slice of ham onto skewers.
