Ingredients

1 cupMaida/ All purpose flour
1/2 cupsemolina
pinchSalt
2 tbspoil.
as neededOil for frying
For stuffing
1 bowlcurd
to tasteSalt
1chopped cucumber
1chopped onion
1chopped tomato
as neededGreen chutney.... some
as neededRed sauce..some
as neededBhujia for garnish
as neededCoriander for garnish..
1/2 tspChat masala..for sprinkle

First take a bowl add maida, semolina, oil and salt,make dough with water.

Rest 30 min

Then take dough and roll it,then shape it on bowl.

And fry it

Then mix all stuffing ingredients..

Then take a katori,add stuffing

And sprinkle chat masala and bhujia.

Garnish with coriander.
