  • 2onions
  • 100 gmargarine
  • Dhania

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Cut the potatoes into wedges.

  3. 3

    Blanch a little bit and deep fry in hot oil until cripsy and cooked.

  4. 4

    Toss in onions and margarine..(add chilli if interested)

  5. 5

    Finish with dhania.
