Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 teaspoonvegetable oil
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 3 piecesscallion
  4. 2 servingssotanghon or cellophane noodles
  5. 1 teaspoonpepper
  6. 2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  7. 2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 1/2 kgground chicken
  9. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  10. 3 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute garlic and scallion in vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Add the ground chicken, cook until it turns to brown color.

  3. 3

    Put in oyster sauce

  4. 4

    Then soy sauce and pepper

  5. 5

    Add 3 cups of water

  6. 6

    And lastly put the sotanghon noodles in and let cook for 3 minutes. Serve. Good for 2-3 persons
