2 tablespoonsbutter
1large onion sliced in wedges
1Large Polish Sausage sliced
to tasteSalt and pepper
2 cupCooked Jasmine rice
to tastesoy sauce

Steps

1

Melt butter with salt and pepper in a large pot.

Saute onions over medium high heat for a few minutes
3

Add sliced sausage to the onion mixture.
4

Cook sausage onion mixture until onions are carmalized and sausage has lightly browned.
5

Plate cooked rice with soy sauce to taste and put sausage mixture over top. Enjoy!
