Wash the chicken breast and cook it with garlic, salt, and allspice, along with the tomatillos and serrano peppers.

Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool and shred it. In a blender, blend the tomatillos, cream cheese, serrano peppers, and onion with a little of the broth from cooking the chicken.

Pour the blended mixture into a skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.

In another pan, heat oil and lightly fry the tortillas.

After shredding the chicken, fold the tortillas in half (do not roll), fill with chicken, and cover with the prepared sauce. Top with Manchego cheese, pour more sauce over, and enjoy immediately.
