Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupSabudana, Soaked overnight
  2. 1/2 cupsinghade ka atta
  3. 1/2 cupsweet Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1 tspginger green chilli paste
  6. 1 tbspPeanuts Roasted and Roughly crushed
  7. 2 tablespoonscoriander leaves chopped
  8. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tspRock salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients in a bowl except ghee and mix them well to make a dough.

  2. 2

    Divide it into 11 equal parts. And make a smooth ball using your palms.

  3. 3

    Take a piece of plastic, grease it with ghee and put that ball on top of it make 4-inch diameter thalipeeth by pressing the ball with your hand.

  4. 4

    Keep sealing the edges as you press if it breaks.

  5. 5

    And also make about quarter inch hole in the center with the help of your finger.

  6. 6

    Heat some ghee in the pan and carefully place the thalipeeth in the pan.

  7. 7

    Let it brown on bottom side, drizzle some more ghee on top of the thalipeeth and then flip it.

  8. 8

    Also, cook on another side till it becomes golden brown.
    Remove it from the pan and repeat the same process for rest.
