Cheesy golgappa fritters

Steps

Take a bowl and mix besan, red chilli powder, ajwain, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, onion, green chilli in it. Make a smooth batter with water.

Now make a hole on each golgappa and fill these golgappe with grated mozorilla cheese.

Now heat oil in a pan at medium high flame.

Cover holes on golgappe with paneer/ cheese piece and dip golgappa in besan batter and fry till golden brown.

Cheesy golgappa fritters are ready to eat. Break it from centre and enjoy the creamy cheese flowing out from each golgappa.
