Take all chopped vegetables ready to fry rice.

Heat a tawa or pan and put butter on it, let it melt, now add garlic and fry, then onion and saute, then add vegetables and tomato and mix all well, let it cool for 2 min.

Add boiled rice and mix well. Let it cool for 1 min. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and soya sauce and mix all well. Switch off your flame and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato sauce.
