Combine all the ingrediants except oil

Mix well and make a dough

Oil the dough with 1 tsp oil and keep aside

Take a sev maker and grease with oil
- 5
Place the dough inside the sev maker and close the lid
- 6
Heat oil in a kadai and press the sev maker to make sev
- 7
Turn the side of sev, once it starts floating in the oil
- 8
Take the sev out, once it's colour changes
- 9
Once cooled, serve or store in an air tight container
