Mix in besan with buttermilk and keep aside.

In a deep kadai add oil mustard seeds jeera curry pata hing green chilli and turmeric powder. Now add spring onions and sauté for one minute. Then add buttermilk and Dhaniya powder to it and heat it for a min do not boil it too much.Serve with roti.
