preheat oven 375F

dice/fry bacon

cook mac&cheese

add flour to drippings in pan cook/stir 30 sec. add milk, salt, cayenne

Bring to a boil, reduce to as simmer and cook until thick stirring frequently.

remove from heat/ stir in 1/4c cheese. stir in cooked macaroni, and tomatoes and transfer to casserole dish

bake 20 mins

top with cheese and bacon and bake for 5 mins
