  • 6 cwhole milk
  • 2 cheavy cream
  • 3 Tvinegar
  • 1 tsalt
  • cheese cloth

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. slowly bring milk to simmer

  2. 2

    Simmer 1-2 mins and curds begin to form

  3. 3

    Line strainer with cloth let drain 15 mins

  4. 4

    Squeeze excess liquid
