Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 175C. Grease nad flour a 20cm square cake tin and line with parchment paper.

In an electric mixer beat eggs and oil till fluffy. Gradually add sugar and mix till well combined

Add milk and vanilla extract
- 4
Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to the wet mixture. Mix until combined. Do not overmix
- 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Cool and frost as desired
