  • 2 1/2 tablespoonsflour
  • 3frying pans
  • 1 poundbulk sausage crumble cooked thoroughly
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
  • 1/2 cupchicken stock
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 5medium-large potatoes (diced)
  • 2 tablespoonscanola oil or vegetable oil
  • 8eggs (2 eggs per person)
  • 1/2diced large onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Breakfast gravy

    Dice and fry potatoes to about half done

  2. 2

    Saute onions with potatoes.
