In a bowl, combine all above mentioned ingredients and mix it well.

Then start adding water slowly into it so that batter becomes lump free.

Now put the batter on flame and allow it cook till it becomes thick. (To check whether it's properly cooked or not, put little batter on any greased utensil and if it comes out without stick it means it's properly cooked otherwise you need to cook it some more time.)It's consistency should be like if you take on spoon it should not fall down.

Once batter is properly cooked spread it on greased aluminium foil or any greased plate and allow it to set for 1-2 minutes.

Then cut it vertically (2-3 inch broad or as per your choice)and roll it.

For tempering, heat oil in a tempering pan and in it add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and green chilli and allow it splatter then pour it on your khandvi.

Khandvi is ready to serve now.
