Ingredients

  • For the Batter
  • 200 gmBesan
  • as neededwater
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBaking Soda
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cupCorn kernels
  • 1 cupPasta
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Capsicum chopped
  • 1Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • 50 gmMozzarella cheese
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta and corn kernels in 2 cups of water and strain. Set aside for later use.

  2. 2

    Take bowl add pasta, corn kernels, Ginger garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder,onion,tomato, capsicum and add besan flour and mix well.

  3. 3

    Make vada type ball. Add cheese pieces in center of vada..

  4. 4

    Deep in batter and deep frying in hot oil.
    Served hot with ketchup.
    Or pasta Raita.
