Steps

Take a mixing bowl add besan, buttermilk,turmeric powder, Ginger paste, salt, red chilli powder mix well.

Heat the heavy bottom add khandvi batter,stir continuously for 8-10 min till thick batter.

Turn the Flame and, spread the batter in the back side of the plate.

Once cool, cut in to equal size strips roll it tightly..

Heat oil in a pan (for tadka) add mustard seeds.. Swich off the flame and pour on the khandvi..

Garnish with coriander leaves and paneer..
