200 gmbombino boiled
1 tspfive spices
1 cupsugar
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Boil the bombino in a pressure cooker

Mash it well

Heat oil and temper five spices
4

Add bambino and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add sugar and mix well adding water
6

Serve it cool at the end of a meal
