Ingredients

  • 4fresh cod filets
  • 1large lemon in slices
  • 1 handfulCanned black olives sliced
  • to tasteextra virgin olive oil
  • to tastesteak/bifteck seasoning
  • to tastefresh ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place lemon slices on large piece of foil paper

  2. 2

    Layer with cod filets

  3. 3

    Drip olive oil on top

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with steak/biftek seasoning and fresh ground black pepper

  5. 5

    Cover with black olives

  6. 6

    Fold foil paper like an envelope and close tight

  7. 7

    Cook on bbq at medium heat for 15 minutes or till fish is fully cooked

  8. 8

    Serve on a bed of quinoa

  9. 9
