Ingredients

30 min
4_6 servings
  • 1 cupboiled & crushed potatoes
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1 cupchopped lauki
  • 1 cupchopped yellow pumpkin
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  • 1chopped onion
  • 4grated tomatoes
  • 4 pieceschopped garlic
  • 1 tspgrated cheese for garnish
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 4 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tbsppavbhaiji masala
  • as neededoil
  • as neededwater
  • As neededfew coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressurecooker add all the chopped veggies except onion, tomatoes & capsicum

  2. 2

    Put one glass of water in it & add salt,& 1 tbsp pav bhaiji masala

  3. 3

    Cover the lid & cook for 5 min

  4. 4

    Take a pan,pour 1 tbsp of oil in it,add chopped onions, chopped garlic & cook till they become brown in colour,now add 1 tbsp of pav bhaiji masala & salt,stir for few sec then add grated tomatoes,chopoed capsicum& cook till oil start spreading from the corners

  5. 5

    Slow the flame & put boiled veggies with the remaining water in it

  6. 6

    Cook till all the water is absorbed& mashed them,add lemon juice & mix well.

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves & grated cheese

  8. 8

    Serve hot with butter roasted pav
