In a pan heat ghee,add green cardamom.

When both heat add sooji and start to roast it on medium heat.

When sooji starts changing it's colour (approx 6 to 7 mins it will take)

Add in Dry fruits and give a stir.
- 5
Now add water and kesar soaked increase the flame.
- 6
Add sugar and cook till 80% water is absorbed.
- 7
Slower the flame and cook till ghee separates and halwa leaves the sides of the pan.
