  • 3fresh beetroot
  • 150 ggoats cheese
  • 1cucumber
  • 150 gtomatoes
  • 1gem lettuce
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the beetroot and mix with a tbsp of balsamic vinegar, mixed herbs, salt and pepper

    Grill on the BBQ
