Steps

Mix 1/2 tsp yeast with 1 tsp sugar into the lukewarm water and keep aside for 10 mins for the activation of the yeast.

After that in a bowl take 1 cup flour and add water to make a dough..also add the activated yeast and salt according to taste.keep the dough for 1 hour.

After 1 hour knead dough properly for 10 minutes and make two balls out of it like we make for a chapati..make it like a roti and spread the mixture of mashed garlic and butter over it..then flip it from side to make a semicircle.

Again apply the mix of mashed galric and butter over it and sprinkle some oregano bake it for 15 mins in the preheated oven
