Mix Maida and water and make a thick paste

Chapati (without butter) cut into two pieces

Use paste of maida on the vertical edge of Chapati and make the cone

Heat the pen and add some oil, put cumin, then add capsicum, paneer, potato and 🍅

When it cook then add salt coriander powder chilli powder and turmeric, allow it to cook well

Stuff it in cone till the top and cover with the paste of maida

Do deep fry until golden brown

Then dip it's upper part in tomato sauce and then Namkeen
