  1. 1/4of medium Cabbage, washed and finely chopped
  2. 1/2of small Onion, finely diced
  3. 1 tspMixed Herbs
  4. Salt (To taste)
  5. Pepper (To taste)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly heat the pan, pour Olive oil and add onion. Fry for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add cabbage, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Fry the cabbage until is crispy to your liking.

  3. 3

    Serve with pap and meat
