1/4of medium Cabbage, washed and finely chopped
1/2of small Onion, finely diced
1 tspMixed Herbs
Salt (To taste)
Pepper (To taste)

Firstly heat the pan, pour Olive oil and add onion. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add cabbage, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Fry the cabbage until is crispy to your liking.

Serve with pap and meat
