Steps

Make a paste of onion, garlic, cashews and elaichi in a blender

Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan and add onion - cashew paste and cook for 2 minutes

Add tomato, ginger paste and cook until golden, stirring continuously.

Add khova and cook for some time till you get a nice aroma of khova.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cinnamon powder and kasuri methi leaves and mix well.

Add peas and half cup of water give a whistle in pressure cooker.

When pressure is released open the lid.

To this mixture add paneer cubes, paneer masala and cream and stir, now add milk.

When it comes to a boil add the garam masala

Stir and cook for a minute and switch off the flame.

Transfer the mixture to a dish and sprinkle some coriander.

Serve it hot with any type of Indian breads like naan, lachha parantha, chapati
