Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2Green chillies
  4. 10-15 carrom leaves
  5. 1 pinch asafoetida
  6. 1 spooncoriander seed
  7. 1 pinch soda
  8. 1.5 cupWater
  9. 1 cup oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make thick mixture of besan and water.

  2. 2

    In mixture put all ingredientes{ spices} and add small pieces of green chilli.

  3. 3

    Take a pan and heat the oil.

  4. 4

    Now, dip the leaves in mixture and fry the pakode on low flame.

  5. 5

    Now serve it with tomato sauce or tea and enjoy it
