Steps

Take a pan heat the pan on gas stove in low flame.

Now add the ghee in heating pan.

The besan are fried in heated ghee in low flame.

Add the sugar powder with besan fry.

When it's like brown colour then add the milk.

Mix them well and boil it.

After boiling when they turn heavy then switch off the gas stove.

Take a tray add the ghee and grease all sides and remove the besan heavy paste from the heat pan.

Now rest to cool them. After cooling cut the besan paste like a cashew barfi.

Garnish the cashew nuts on besan barfi.

Decorate with cherry.

Serve it milk tea.
