Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 idlis or dhoklas cut into round
  • 250 gmsAloo boiled an mash
  • 100 gmsmasala peanuts
  • 1 Cupmithi chutney
  • 1/2 Cupgarlic chutney
  • 100 gmssev
  • As neededAnar kernels (optional)
  • 4 Tbspoil
  • HandfulFresh dhaniya
  • 6 tbspdabeli masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • Pinchhaldi
  • 1 tspred chily powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan add oil when tempers add gralic chutney mithi chutney salt haldi chilli powder and dabeli masala and saute till oil separates.

  2. 2

    Then add mash aloo and mix it well and keep aside and cool

  3. 3

    Take a cut dhokla round or idli apply garlic chutney on both round than apply mithi chutney than put some masala peanuts than spread masala aloo than put anar kernels masala peanuts than cover with other round

  4. 4

    Then coat with sev and serve
