This recipe I made with the leftover Basundi.
Steps
- 1
Heat a pan and put water and roasted sevai and cook it completely.
- 2
Then add the leftover Basundi, badam paste and cook for a boil.
- 3
Add sugar as per the taste with leftover Basundi.
- 4
Boil again and khoya and mix well.
- 5
Little more water can be added if it's too thick.
- 6
Cook well and lastly add elaichi powder, kesar and mix well and serve hot or chilled.
