Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 2 cupsleftover Basundi
  • 1/4 cuproasted sevai
  • 1/4 cupgrated khoya
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • Pinchkesar dissolved in milk
  • 2 tbspbadam paste
  • 3/4 cupwater

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan and put water and roasted sevai and cook it completely.

  2. 2

    Then add the leftover Basundi, badam paste and cook for a boil.

  3. 3

    Add sugar as per the taste with leftover Basundi.

  4. 4

    Boil again and khoya and mix well.

  5. 5

    Little more water can be added if it's too thick.

  6. 6

    Cook well and lastly add elaichi powder, kesar and mix well and serve hot or chilled.
