  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 2onions
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspfenugreek seeds
  10. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  11. 2dry red chillies
  12. For pakoras 2cup besan
  13. 2chopped onions
  14. 2green chilies
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  17. as neededSome spinach or methi leaves
  18. as neededOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes

    Make the batter of buttermilk and besan

  2. 2

    Blend it properly

  3. 3

    Heat oil

  4. 4

    Put fenugreek seeds mustard seeds cumin seeds curry patta and dry red chillies

  5. 5

    Add chopped onion and cook it

  6. 6

    Put ginger garlic paste

  7. 7

    Add salt,red chilli,turmeric powder

  8. 8

    Pour buttermilk batter

  9. 9

    After 1 boil simmer it for 20 minutes

  10. 10

    For pakoras.Make the better of besan

  11. 11

    Add chopped onion.green chillies.spinach leaves

  12. 12

    Add salt and carrom seeds

  13. 13

    Make small pakoras

  14. 14

    Put it in the curry

  15. 15

    Serve with rice
