Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • 4-5 tbspsugar
  • 3-4 tbsprose syrup
  • 10-12leftover rasgullas cut to halves
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 2bananas chopped
  • piecesStrawberry jelly
  • 2 tbspfresh rose powder
  • as neededPista badam slivers for garnishing

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat milk in a pan and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Dissolve cornflour in 1/4 cup milk and add to the boiling milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  3. 3

    Cook till little thick.

  4. 4

    Then off the flame and bring to room temperature.

  5. 5

    Then add chopped banana, jelly pieces, rose syrup, rose powder, rasgullas and mix well.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled garnished with pista badam slivers.
